실루엣(이하 “본 앱”)은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루는지, 그리고 이용자의 기기 권한을 어떤 목적으로 사용하는지를 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

본 앱은 어떠한 개인정보도 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다.

회원가입이나 로그인 절차가 없습니다.
이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치 등 개인 식별 정보를 요구하지 않습니다.
광고 식별자(IDFA)를 사용하지 않으며, 분석·추적 도구를 탑재하지 않습니다.
촬영한 사진, 참고 사진, 설정값 등 모든 데이터는 이용자의 기기 안에서만 처리되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 기기 권한 사용

본 앱은 촬영 기능을 제공하기 위해 다음 권한을 사용합니다. 각 권한은 아래 목적에만 쓰이며, 관련 데이터가 외부로 나가지 않습니다.

권한은 언제든지 기기의 설정 > 실루엣에서 변경하거나 해제할 수 있습니다.

3. 데이터의 저장과 보관

촬영 결과 및 앱 설정은 이용자의 기기 로컬 저장소에만 보관됩니다.
개발자는 이용자의 사진이나 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.
앱을 삭제하면 관련 로컬 데이터도 함께 제거됩니다(단, 이용자가 갤러리에 직접 저장한 사진은 기기에 남습니다).

4. 제3자 제공 및 위탁

본 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로, 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리를 위탁하는 사항이 없습니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 아동을 포함한 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

본 앱은 개인정보를 수집·보관하지 않으므로 별도의 열람·정정·삭제 요청 대상 정보가 없습니다. 기기 내 데이터는 이용자가 직접 관리·삭제할 수 있습니다.

Silhouette (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and how device permissions are used.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

There is no sign-up or login.
We do not request identifying information such as name, email, phone number, or location.
We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) or any analytics/tracking tools.
All data — captured photos, reference images, and settings — is processed only on your device and is never sent to any server.

2. Device Permissions

The App uses the following permissions solely for the purposes below. No related data leaves your device.

Camera	Silhouette-guided capture and simultaneous front/back (dual) capture
Microphone	Audio recording during video capture
Photo Library	Loading reference photos and saving captured results to your gallery

You can change or revoke permissions anytime in Settings > Silhouette on your device.

3. Data Storage

Captured results and app settings are stored only in your device's local storage.
The developer has no access to your photos or data.
Deleting the App removes its local data (photos you saved to your gallery remain on the device).

4. Third Parties

Because the App collects no personal data, no data is shared with or processed by third parties.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

6. Your Rights

Since the App does not collect or retain personal data, there is no stored information to access, correct, or delete. You control and can delete any on-device data yourself.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or app features. Updates will be posted on this page.
